Kick Colds & Flu to the Curb

Killing germs and staying healthy naturally is not just a fad, myth nor is it difficult. The air inside our home is 2-5x more polluted than the air outside. The Environmental Working Group tested 21 different cleaning products, air fresheners and cleaning sprays, and found they emitted more than 450 chemicals into the air including a number of compounds that are linked to asthma, developmental and reproductive harm or cancer. Children are more vulnerable to the effects of these.
Helpful activities to minimize the effects and length of a cold or flu and avoiding all together:
Wash Hands often – with antibacterial soap or essential oils
Drink lots of water – flush toxins from the body
Get enough sleep
Eat lots of fruits & vegetables – Vitamin C & antioxidants
Exercise- Get Up & Move- help your body rid itself of these germs
